The facilities are designed to provide the following services to boats and tugs: fuel and lubricants, drinking water; sewage, bilge waters and solid waste collection, and electric connection to mainland.

Facilities for barges loading to supply tankers with fuels (IFO and MDO) and for export.

Engineering included: accessroad, breakwater, mooring / berthing dolphins, mooring buoying system, spills control (booms), operators and control room, tank for sewage and bilge waters temporary storage, compressed air supply.
