Existing facilities at the thermoelectric power plant of CADAFE “Planta Centro” were modified to CORPOVEN's requirements for the reception of high sulfur Fuel-Oil, coming from Paraguaná Refinery, and the export of low sulfur Fuel-Oil, coming from El Palito Refinery.

Electro-mechanical and control facilities in the tanks yard of Planta Centro and the jetty were designed, including new pipelines from the refinery ti the power plant.

Reinforcement of the jetty’s structure were designed to receive larger tankers.
