Development of conceptual, basic and detail engineering to update El Guamache Terminal to new seismic and operational standards and to reduce the risk of accidents.

The Project included:

• Analisys and hierarchization of risks.
• Conceptual Engineering: Options evaluation for 65.000 DWT tankers reception. Study of the pattern of reception of fuels. Seismic risk analysis of the structures and its reinforcement.
• Basic and Detail Engineering: West mooring dolphin adaptation for tug's mooring. Fire fighting system. New electric cabinets, lighting, atmospheric discharges protection and submarine power cable. Instrumentation and control of the fire fighting system. Bridge and platform structural reinforcement.
