started in 1952 under the name of "Bernardo Nouel Technical Office", with
the primary objective of providing Engineering Consulting Services for
Marine Works and Port Facilities. Under
the direction of founder, Dr. Bernardo A. Nouel C. (1915-1993), NOUEL
grew, acquiring the absolute leadership in ports, terminals and marine
developments in Venezuela, embracing the different engineering disciplines
involved in these type of projects. Nowadays,
our company offers its Comprehensive Engineering Services for Multidisciplinary
Projects, with emphasis in the Marine-Coastal Environment, Industrial
Facilities and Public Infrastructure Projects.
